Companies are again investing in their employees education and development.  Formal training classes, coaching programs, and all hands team meetings are returning to the calendars.

People are also attending conferences again in possible record numbers.  But the best learning at events is often what happens in the hallways.  ”Hallway Conversations” are what can take a conference from good to great.

These impromptu chats that lead to “ahh ha” moments and allow all involved to process the information and create links to other concepts.  When attending events be sure to talk to others, as your best learning can happen when you least expect it.

However, these powerful conversations are not limited to when you attend formal events.  Anytime you have a conversation with others you can create a path to discovery. People are the key to education.

Look to people as educators.  Your discussions can open you both up to more ideas and launch you on the way to achieving more in your life.
